M-Audio M3-6 & M3-8 Studio Monitors

M-Audio M3 MonitorsStep up to superior three-way sound with the compact M3-6 and M3-8 studio monitors from M-Audio. Savor the improved fidelity, enhanced imaging, and super-wide sweet spot of this exceptional three-way studio monitor as you mix your sessions and laydown tracks. Track and mix with the enhanced accuracy and superior imaging that only a three-way monitor can provide.

Twin-Line Design
The efficient M3-6 and M3-8 design allows the mid- and high-frequency drivers to be mounted inline. By delivering sound along the same focal plane, the M3-8 speakers deliver improved time-alignment for fatigue-free listening.

Lightweight woven Kevlar endows the 8" low-frequency driver and 5" mid-range driver with strength and reliability. The 1" silk dome tweeter offers integrated waveguides to provide increased clarity. In addition to the attractive real wood baffle, the cabinet provides tuned bass porting and optimized internal bracing to produce the highest levels of fidelity.

Three Is Key
Three individual amplifiers provide power to each of the three speaker elements. A total of 220 Watts of Class A/B amplification empowers the M3-8 with ample headroom for even the loudest mixes. Finely tuned crossovers deliver rich tonality across the entire frequency spectrum. The powerful three-band EQ—and a switchable low-cut filter—allow you to shape the sound to match your listening environment. Pinhole-mounted blue LEDs provide an easy-to-use visual aide for perfect speaker placement. The result is an outstanding monitor able to perform in the most critical of listening environments.

CME X-Key

CME X-KeyCME has designed the X-Key as a super slim, lightweight 25 key controller that offers complete control over your performance - with up to 128 steps of velocity sensitivity.

When you think of music, Xkey is there for you.
It is an elegant work of art. It’s also an instrument that follows you wherever you go. The black and white keys are supported by a cool silver color aluminum panel arching down at the front and a holder hidden at the rear bottom. These silky smooth keys intertwine with the aluminum grille.

The body of the Xkey is housed in a piece of molded aluminum. The thickness is only 3.6mm.  Yet, the key layout of Xkey follows the octave range of traditional pianos. The aluminum grille is used to clearly separate each key in order to ensure that the player can locate key positions while playing blindly on the keyboard. The structure of each individual key is designed in such a way that the entire key moves down at the same level when it is pressed at any part on the key.

Under each key there is a customized pressure sensor that connects to the intelligent circuit board which produces the fine detail of your performances while using very little power. It includes a 128-step full range of velocity intensity and corresponding polyphonic after-touch control, along with up to 16,000-step pitch-bend control, and real-time response speed manipulation.

Band in a Box 2014 is here!

With over 50 new features, 101 new RealTracks, 54 new MIDI SuperTracks, 20 Artist Performances, 8 new Hi-Q MIDI Sounds and a great new look!

PG Music has been busy and have added some great new features and new RealTracks, MIDI SuperTracks, Hi-Q MIDI Sounds and Artist Performances to Band-in-a-Box! Compared to version 2013, this adds 50 new features, 101 new RealTracks, 54 new MIDI SuperTracks, 20 Artist Performances and 8 new Hi-Q  MIDI Sounds. There are now over 1,200 hours of RealTracks/RealDrums available!

They’ve redesigned the GUI, with a great look and feel, and many new time-saving features have been added: New Toolbars, Song/Style areas, on-screen mixer, redesigned chord sheet with handwritten “real” looking chord fonts and more. You can now make your own RealTracks – they call these UserTracks– and you can use them like any RealTracks.

There’s a handy Instant Preview of Styles, RealTracks, and RealDrums so that you can quickly audition them to choose the best ones for your song. Loops now support Acidized Loops, so that tempo/chord root info is automatic. Support for FretLight® guitar has been added.

You can now hear Band-in-a-Box singing, with built-in support  added for the popular online vocal synth “Sinsy.”  A Legato Stringsfeature automatically optimizes MIDI string parts to prevent retriggering the same notes.  And many more…

The award-winning Band-in-a-Box is so easy to use! Just type in the chords for any song using standard chord symbols (like C, Fm7, or C13b9), choose the style you’d like, and Band-in-a-Box does the rest…

Band-in-a-Box automatically generates a complete professional-quality arrangement of piano, bass, drums, guitar, and strings or horns. Plus, add REAL accompaniment to your song with RealTracks and RealDrums. These are actual recordings of top studio musicians that replace the MIDI track with audio instruments. They sound like real musicians, because they are recordings of real musicians!

iLoud & iLoud Mini

iLoudWhile there are hundreds of portable speakers in the market, none of them were developed with musicians in mind until now. Meet iLoud for $299 and the iLoud Mini at $199, the first portable speaker for musicians. IK has created a portable speaker that combines superior power with spectacular audio resolution and amazing low end.

For the first time, musicians can have a portable speaker that sounds like a studio monitor, and allows them to create high-quality compositions and accurate mixes on the go. So grab your iPhone or iPad and just rip out one brilliant tune after another with iLoud or iLoud Mini.

As its name implies, iLoud is much louder than your average portable speaker. With a full 40 Watts of sonic power, iLoud sounds 2-3 times louder than comparable-sized speakers. It provides a richer, more powerful sound for any type of music style from rock to hip-hop to electronic music. It allows you to reproduce your music in every possible mobile situation – as accurately as you would in the comfort of your studio.  The sound quality and fidelity of iLoud will absolutely blow you away.

Together with its high-power output, iLoud also distinguishes itself for its hi-fi sound, which can't be obtained from your generic, off-the-shelf, fancy speaker. Thanks to its time-aligned 2-way system, precision custom neodymium loudspeakers, tuned bass-reflex, non-resonant enclosure and DSP processing,

Plug and play
Here’s where it gets interesting. Grab your guitar and plug it into iLoud, plug in your mobile device, launch your favorite mobile app like AmpliTube or VocaLive and start jamming and recording. iLoud features a built-in iRig circuit for directly connecting a guitar or a dynamic microphone, and allowing you to take advantage of the real time sound processing of your favorite mobile apps.

Ultra portability
Not only does iLoud offer the characteristics typical of a high-end system, but it packs them in an ultra-small enclosure that can be easily carried anywhere in a laptop bag or a backpack. It has the overall dimensions of an iPad, is only 6 cm (2.3”) deep, and features a tilted shape for optimal listening on a desktop. Thanks to its long-lasting battery, iLoud is the ideal speaker to be carried around by mobile musicians, whether they're composing, recording, or they simply want to listen to high-quality music anytime and everywhere.

iLoud is not only perfect for monitoring your creations, but you can stream audio to it via Bluetooth, creating a perfect wireless portable speaker system. It gives you the convenience of a cableless connection, together with the performance of a hi-fi speaker, and offers a superior listening experience at home, with your friends, and on the go.
