Fast Track Solo and Duo
Fast Track SoloAvid's new Fast Track Solo at $179 and Fast Track Duo at $299 offer pro level quality and features at an entry level price.  With Pro Tools Express included, you can start recording right away.

Designed for singer/songwriters, the Fast Track Solo is a portable, studio-grade USB audio interface that provides everything you need to turn your Mac, PC, or iPad into a complete songwriting and music recording system. Featuring a high-quality mic preamp, instrument input, and Pro Tools Express software, the studio-grade Solo enables you to sound your best, providing an easy entry into Pro Tools, the music industry standard.

Both the Fast Track Solo and Duo can connect directly to your iPad without the need for the Camera Connection Kit.  They feature a professional-grade metal chassis design, making it ideal for mobile use.  An iLok is included for use with Pro Tools Express, and you can always upgrade to the full Pro Tools 11 for $200 less than the regular price of Pro Tools.

Sound your best:
  • Create professional sounding mixes with Pro Tools Express and amazing effects and virtual instruments
  • Capture great sounding performances through high-quality inputs
  • Change tempo and perfect pitch with Elastic Time and Elastic Pitch
The Fast Track Solo can record from 2 channels at 24 bit and 48 Khz.  Connect a mic to the XLR input with phantom power and a guitar or bass to the 1/4" input.

The Fast Track Duo also offers 2 channel recording, but includes two combo XLR/instrument inputs (with 48V phantom power) for more versatility.  It also features two 1/4" line inputs.
